HAUPTMANN - FERLACH', adjustable open sights and ramp-mounted bead fore-sight, the receiver (with thumb cutout) mounted with a Leupold VX-2 4-12x40 telescopic sight, serial no. 428549AB, in quickly-detachable mounts, barrel and receiver ring with Hauptmann reference 23 / 9, the side-wall finely engraved in black type 'K. Hauptmann - Ferlach', fluted butterknife bolt handle, bolt with flag safety, tang safety, lever release hinged floorplate with a later finely engraved oval vignette of an Alpine ibex in an alpine meadow setting, set triggers, the triggerguard engraved in black type numbering with the serial number, slim pistolgrip stock with sculpted cheekpiece, fluted horn pistolgrip-cap, sling swivels, 14 1/2in. pull including 7/8in. recoil pad, weight 6lb. 13oz.
