A 50-BORE FLINTLOCK POCKET-PISTOL WITH FOLDING BAYONET, no visible serial number,
circa 1800, with frozen round turn-off iron 2 1/4in. barrel, engraved band at the join, false rifling at muzzle, triangular concave sided folding bayonet below barrel secured by the trigger guard bow, squared trophy engraved central hammer boxlock action signed 'CONWAY' on the left, the right 'MANCHESTER', sliding safe behind the hammer, slab-sided walnut butt with chequered back and clipped corner rectangular escutcheon
