dated 1924, 29 1/4in. nitro barrels, 2 3/4in. chambers, bored approx. 1/2 and full choke, treble-grip action with hidden third bite, fences carved with floral and foliate motifs, action flats marked 'EW' surmounted by a star (likely for E. Wilmart), manual safety with gold-inlaid 'S' detail, gold-washed internals, articulated front trigger, border engraving, blued finish, 14 1/4in. stock including 5/8in. rubber recoil pad, weight 6lb. 15oz.
