for 1906, 30in. nitro barrels (some dents), the ribs engraved 'W.W. GREENER. MAKER. 68 HAYMARKET. LONDON. WORKS ST. MARY'S SQUARE. BIRMINGHAM.', the breech ends with '1' and '2' and braces of partridge, the tubes engraved with foliate banners, 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. 1/4 and 3/4 choke, toplevers engraved '1' and '2', treble-grip actions with side-bolsters, manual side safeties with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' details, border and acanthus scroll engraving, the makers name in scrolling banners, retaining very slight traces of original colour-hardening and finish, 14in. figured stocks with horn-inlaid drop points, including horn buttplates, fore-ends with Deeley & Edge release catches and horn finials and engraved '1' and '2', weight 6lb. 9oz., in their brass-cornered leather double guncase
