circa 1916, with blued steel 21 1/2in. body, black enamelled ocular bell and objective lens mount, the top of body marked 'PERISCOPIC PRISM COMPANY LTD, LONDON' and stamped with a broad arrow device behind the ranging turret, the drum graduated from 100-800yds with only ranges '1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6,' numerically marked, side mounted fine tuning adjusters and central enamelled brass focus slide, post and crosswire graticule, no mounts
