AN 8x58mmR (KRAG) HUSQVARNA ROLLING-BLOCK RIFLE, serial no's. 6409 & 12110/95,
converted from an 1874 dated rifle, with blued 33in. barrel, blade fore-sight mounted on the iron nosecap, elevating ladder rear-sight, octagonal breech, colour hardened receiver (faded) with central rolling breech and hammer, Scandinavian beech butt-stock, the right side inlet with a brass disc marked '2R' over 'B' over 'No. 2371', iron heel-plate, single barrel band, bayonet lug below muzzle and fitted with a later canvas sling, clearing rod absent
