circa 1870, with 4in. sighted octagonal barrel, (finish faded), the top flat stamped 'CONNECTICUT ARMS & MANF. CO. NAUBUC CONN', nickel fore-sight, iron moulded receiver (mild frosting), the swing sideways breech with 'PATENTED OCT 25,1864', sheath trigger and two piece chequered gutta percha grips
