for 1984, 24in. nitro rifle barrels with raised matt top sight-rib, flip open sights, ramp-mounted bead fore-sight, the breech end mounted with a Zeiss Varipoint Vm 1,5-6x42T* telescopic sight, serial no. 2573638, in quickly-detachable mounts;
26in. nitro 20-bore shot barrels with 6mm ventilated matt top-rib, 3in. chambers, bored approx. 1/4 and 3/4 choke, hold-open toplever, manual safety with integral barrel selector switch, gold-washed trigger, partial border and scroll engraving, the underside with 'BROWNING', blacked finish, 14 1/8in. stock including buttplate, sling swivels, fore-end wood chipped to rear top right, weight 7lb. 8oz. (rifle, unscoped), 9lb. 2oz. (rifle, with scope) and 7lb. 7oz. (shot), in a universal case with provision for telescopic sight and both sets of barrels
