ENGLAND.', 2 3/4in. chambers, bored approx. 1/4 and 1/2 choke, self-opening actions with removable striker discs, toplevers engraved '1' and '2', automatic safeties with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' details, cocking-indicators, articulated front triggers, No.2 ejectors require attention, best bouquet and scroll engraving, brushed bright and reblued finish overall, 14 5/8in. highly-figured replacement stocks, replacement fore-end woods, weight 6lb. 11oz.
Provenance: The makers have kindly informed us that this pair of shotguns were completed July 1922 with 29in. barrels for M.D. Coats. They subsequently re-barrelled them in April 1977.
