WINNER AT THE LONDON GUN TRIALS. 1875. 1877. 1878 & 1879.' and with an oval portrait of a game bird, 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. imp. cyl. and 1/2 choke, Greener patent scroll-back action, patent no. 2003 of 9th May 1881, use number 2746, manual side-safety, border and acanthus scroll engraving (some external pitting), 13 7/8in. stock including horn buttplate, slim fore-end with Deeley & Edge patent release catch and horn finial, weight 6lb. 5oz.
