23 3/4in. nitro barrel gold-inlaid ' . TH. POLLINGER . HAMBURG . ' and ' CAL .500 JEFFERY', with twin gold line details at the breech end, ramp-mounted open sights finely engraved and with gold-inlaid sight lines, marked for 50, 100 and 150 metres, engraved ramp-mounted bead fore-sight with flip-up moonsight, the muzzle threaded for a muzzle break with chequered and gold line detailed thread protector cap, the receiver (with thumb cutout) with fine border and acanthus scroll engraving, safety with gold arrow and 'F' detail, bolt handle with further gold line detailing and with progressive radial cut chequering, elongated top strap, flowerhead engraved recoil blocks, hinged straddle floorplate with push button release, the housing signed 'FUNK', highly-figured pistolgrip stock with cheekpiece, engraved steel pistolgrip-cap (with trap), sling swivels, 14 3/8in. pull including 1in. leather-covered recoil pad
