PERTH.', and with finely engraved and matted block-mounted open sights with two folding leaf sights marked '75', '125' and '200', finely matted and engraved ramp-mounted bead fore-sight, the knox form engraved with the calibre designation, the receiver (with thumb cutout) mounted with telescopic sight rings in quickly-detachable mounts, the bolt handle with finely chequered panels, the rear of the bolt finely engraved with thistle designs on a matted ground, florally engraved recoil blocks, hinged straddle floorplate with push button release, foliate and acanthus scroll bordering surrounding a central depiction of 'the Macnab' carved in relief and gold and green gold-inlaid, surmounting a banner gold-inlaid with the makers name, well-figured pistolgrip stock with cheekpiece, monte carlo comb, sling eyes, horn pistolgrip-cap and fore-end finial, 14in. pull including 5/8in. rubber recoil pad
