Krupp-steel nitro barrels with raised matt rib, flip-up open sights and bead foresight, the breech end with Krieghoff Montage quickly-detachable sight mount bases, 2 1/2in. shot chambers, bored approx. full choke in both, treble-grip action with carved serpentine fences and side-clips, manual side lever safety, cocking-indicators, triple lockwork, the sideplates operating the shot barrels and barrel cocking, the third lock mounted on a detachable triggerplate with sidelever cocking lever, set trigger, horn triggerguard, profusely engraved with bold stylised acanthus scrollwork on a matt background, surrounding and invading woodland scenes of grazing roe and red deer, the underside with the makers name and model designation, toplever relief engraved with the initials 'P.B.', 14in. figured pistolgrip stock with cheekpiece, hogsback comb, sling-eyes, steel and horn pistolgrip-cap (swivels to initiate release of triggerplate, repaired), horn buttplate, weight 7lb. 11oz.
