LONDON.', the knoxform with 'HOLLAND'S 30 SUPER RIMLESS CARTRIDGE', block-mounted leaf sights marked for 50-200 and 350 yards, ramp-mounted bead fore-sight with folding protector hood, receiver (with thumb cutout) with matt top receiver ring and mounted with a Dialytan 4x telescopic sight in quickly-detachable mounts, the forward ring engraved 'HOLLAND & HOLLAND. No. 1437', the bolt mounted with an adjustable peep sight (marked for 200 and 350 yards), recoil blocks, hinged straddle floorplate with push button release, engraved '4 CTGES', figured pistolgrip stock with cheekpiece, elongated pistolgrip with steel pistolgrip-cap (with trap), sling eyes, 14 5/8in. pull including 1in. rubber recoil pad, in its canvas and leather take-down case with accessories
Provenance: The makers have kindly confirmed that the rifle was completed in 1937 for 'Ruxton'
