(65cm) lightweight triple-proofed barrels with five punch marks, sunken matted top rib and no under rib, scroll detailing at the breech ends, 2 3/4in. chambers, bored approx. imp. cyl. and 3/4 choke, sliding breech with barrel bolt, obturator discs, manual safety lever, bouquet and scroll engraving, bright finish overall,14in. stock with horn finial, including 7/8in. rubber recoil pad, weight 5lb. 10oz., in its fitted wood case together with original Darne instruction leaflet and with the original invoice and correspondence with J.G.L Piveteau (Balham, London) who supplied the gun, dated September 1959
