Thompson patent action, cocking mechanism and toplever and underbolt locking patents no. 167050 and 167117 of 15th June 1920, automatic safety, border engraving, retaining slight traces of original colour-hardening, 14 1/2in. stock including horn buttplate, fore-end with T. Bailey 1876 patent fore-end release, weight 6lb. 13oz., in a distressed canvas case
