for 1927, with blued, round tapering 20in. barrel, barleycorn fore-sight, folding adjustable ladder rear-sight, plain blued receiver (drilled on the left hand side for a 'Lyman' aperture sight, missing), blued detachable magazine, figured deluxe American walnut chequered pistol-grip butt-stock, plastic heel-plate and pistol-grip cap, chequered fore-end, the whole retaining much original finish and appearing little used
