ERNST STEIGLEDER - BERLIN - SUHL 8X60mm BOLT-MAGAZINE SPORTING RIFLE, serial no. 115307, dated November 1927, 25 1/8in. octagonal to round nitro reproved barrel (in 1986), with tapered engine-turned matt rib, standing notch rear sight, blade fore-sight, barrel engraved 'ERNST STEIGLEDER. BERLIN - SUHL.' and 'FLUSSTAHL KRUPP ESSEN.', receiver with thumb cut-out and fitted with claw-mount bases, turned down 'butterknife' bolt handle, manual safety, hinged floorplate with lever release, double set triggers, border and scroll engraving, blued finish, pistolgrip halfstock with cheekpiece, horn finial, 14in. pull including buttplate, weight 7lb. 14oz.
