LONDON', bead fore-sight and short sighting rib at breech, border engraved colour hardened (traces remaining) rounded action with swing under-lever closure, back action border engraved lock signed 'HOLLAND & HOLLAND', chequered walnut straight hand butt-stock (last 2 1/2in. replaced in wood), iron furniture and chequered walnut splinter fore-end with cross bolt
