(the rest obscured by sight base), the left side of the receiver engraved 'OESTERR. WAFFENFABR.-GES. STEYR.', manual flag safety, the rear of the bolt fitted with a folding peep sight, turned-down butterknife bolt, detachable rotary magazine, blued finish, figured pistolgrip stock with cheekpiece, pistolgrip cap, sling swivels, 13 1/2in. pull including steel buttplate with trapdoor for two cartridges and a cleaning kit (present), weight 6lb. 15oz.
