A WILLIAM JESSOP 12 AND 16-BORE CARTRIDGE EXTRACTOR KNIFE; TOGETHER WITH A SILVER-MOUNTED THORNHILL VANITY KNIFE,
the first loosely imitating a two-dimensional cartridge, with a 16 and a 12-bore cartridge extractor to one end, marked with the trade mark 'B4 ANY' and 'Rg. No. 712770' on the 16-bore side and 'STAIN LESS STEEL' on the other, 1 3/4in. blade marked 'W.J.S. B' and 'SHEFFIELD', together with a William Thornhill miniature multi-bladed knife probably from a chatelaine, 2in. length, the 1 1/4in. blade marked 'PRINCESS MAUD KNIFE', and marked 'THORNHILL', silver grip scales moulded in relief with rococo floral designs around a single bird to each side, London hallmarks for 1887 and Thornhill makers mark 'WT', with corkscrew, button hook, awl and spike, the small blade broken (missing), with white metal suspension loop and ring
