28 1/2in. nitro reproved barrels (in 2015) with 7mm ventilated matt top-rib, three-piece fore-end, 2 3/4in. chambers, bored approx. full choke in both, bolstered action, manual safety, hand-detachable lockplates with concealed flush-fitting release catch, cocking-indicators, gold-washed internals, articulated front trigger, 14 1/4in. figured stock including buttplate, weight 6lb. 14oz., in a leather case with original paperwork confirming the gun was originally proofed on the 19th May 1941
