second model circa 1912, 13in. overall with 9 1/2in. rifled barrel, chequered hard-rubber grips, air cylinder stamped 'WESTLEY RICHARDS "HIGHEST POSSIBLE" AIR PISTOL' on three lines, frame with patent number and date, also marked 'WESTLEY RICHARDS & COY, LONDON W' on two lines, working replacement trigger blade and currently fitted with an incorrect mainspring, the whole retaining traces only of original finish, in a later wood case adapted for this air-pistol
