A PRE-WAR 6.5mm ORIGINAL WILL BUGELSPANNER LEVER-COCKING AIR-RIFLE, serial no. 1019,
probably a date code for October 1919, German, with tilting octagonal 20 1/2in. smooth-bore barrel marked 'ORIGINAL' on the top-flat, nickel-plated air-chamber and trigger-housing (both mostly polished to match remaining plating), walnut butt-stock with chequered wrist and nickel-plated heel-plate, nickel-plated under-lever forming the trigger-guard bow, walnut fore-end with old repaired crack and right side mounted barrel locking catch
