A PRE-WAR 4.4mm HAENEL SPORT JUNIOR MODELL 33 REPEATING BOLT-ACTION AIR-RIFLE, serial no. 20328,
circa 1936, with semi concealed 13 1/2in. barrel, ramp and blade fore-sight, elevating notch rear-sight, plain receiver with large articulated bolt-handle, the front top of receiver marked 'HAENEL SPORT MODELL 33 JUNIOR' over 'SCHMEISSER'S PATENT', rear of receiver with the Haenel 'arrow' trademark, flag safe, beech three-quarter stock, the underside of butt stamped '20238' together with an eagle and swastika mark (possibly added), iron heel-plate, trigger guard and barrel-band, aperture in underside of fore-end for a detachable alloy magazine (a 12-shot example included), dummy under-barrel cleaning rod, sling swivels, much finish remaining
