circa 1775, with brass octagonal to round slightly swamped 8in. barrel, moulded band at the intersection and floral engraving to the tip of the top flats, London proofs, solid iron top-tang, flat borderline engraved lock with florally engraved pointed tail and signed 'KETLAND' & CO.' below the shallow pan, working replacement swan-necked cock, walnut full-stock with rococo carved apron around the top-tang, brass furniture including rococo moulded escutcheon, pierced sideplate and long spurred bulbous butt-cap, guarded trigger with acorn finial and horn tipped ramrod
