circa 1887, 42 1/4in. nitro reproved damascus barrels (in 1936), the rib engraved 'T. BLAND & SONS. 106. STRAND. LONDON.' 4in. chambers, large scale action with Jones patent rotary-underlever, carved percussion fences, rebounding back-action locks, plain nickel-plated finish, 13 3/8in. semi-pistolgrip stock including 1 1/8in. rubber recoil pad, stock bored through for a tethering rope, Hackett-type snap-on fore-end with horn finial, sling swivels, weight 20lb. 6oz.
