circa 1885, with tapering ovoid 2 1/2in. barrel, flat sighting plane with partial signature and white metal crescent fore-sight, barrel with blade extractor and rotating to load, iron frame with open scroll engraving, central hammer, spur trigger and chequered wood birdshead grips, the whole lightly cleaned of finish
