circa 1910, 30in. nitro barrels (No.2 sleeved in 1992), the ribs gold-inlaid '1' and '2', the tubes engraved 'HOLLAND & HOLLAND. 98 NEW BOND STREET. LONDON.', 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. 1/4 and 1/2 choke (No.1) and 1/4 choke in both (No.2), No.1 bore measurements marginal and wall thicknesses at 17, toplevers gold-inlaid '1' and '2', automatic safeties with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' details, patent gas checks, cocking-indicators, border engraving, retaining very slight traces of colour-hardening and finish, 14 1/2in. figured stocks with monte-carlo combs including horn buttplates, fore-ends with Deeley & Edge release catches and gold-inlaid '1' and '2', weight 6lb. 3oz. (No.1) and 6lb. 14oz. (No.2)
