circa 1920, 18 1/2in. blued barrel, ramp fore-sight with dove-tailed brass blade, standing notch rear sight with additional folding leaf, blued receiver, the ring engraved 'PATENT' and fitted with a base for a claw mount, the left of the receiver engraved 'OESTERR WAFFENFABR. - GES. STEYR', turned-down butterknife bolt handle, further off-set claw mount base at rear, manual flag safety, double set triggers, detachable rotary magazine, full-length figured semi-pistolgrip stutzen stock with horn grip-cap, hinged trap in the heel-plate and with raised tear-drop cheekpiece, strong amount of finish remaining
