30in. nitro replacement barrels (circa 1997), rib engraved with the Greener addresses, 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. 1/4 and full choke, automatic safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' detail, gold-inlaid cocking-indicators, bold flowing acanthus scroll engraving surrounding game scene vignettes of hound and fowl, brushed bright and reblued finish overall, 14 1/4in. figured semi-pistolgrip stock including 1in. rubber recoil pad, chequering refreshed, fore-end with Deeley & Edge patent release and horn finial, weight 6lb. 14oz.
Provenance: The makers have kindly informed us that this shotgun was started in 1912.
