treble-grip action with hidden third bite, removable striker discs, manual safety with gold-inlaid 'S' detail, articulated front trigger, the action, lockplates and furniture profusely engraved with floral scrollwork and scrolling ribbon motifs, the underside with the makers details engraved within a scrolling banner, triggerplate signed 'A. Ansoldi.', brushed bright finish, 15 1/4in. figured stock including 5/8in. rubber recoil pad, weight 7lb. 5oz. (28 1/4in.) and 7lb. 2oz. (25 5/8in.), in a case with provision for both sets of barrels
