28in. nitro chopperlump barrels with 5mm ventilated matt top-rib, 2 3/4in. chambers, bored approx. 1/4 choke in both, detachable one-piece fore-end, hold-open toplever, manual safety with integral barrel selector switch, gold-inlaid 'S', 'U' and 'O' details, blued action carved in relief with flowing foliate scrollwork on a matted background with stippled standing breech, gold line detailing and relief engraved and gold-inlaid with scenes of hound and fowl, signed 'L. ERNST', 14 3/8in. highly-figured straight hand stock, weight 6lb. 4oz.
