circa 1900, with concave triangular cross-section 31in. plain blade, pierced steel shell guard with profuse applied cut-steel decoration, small pas-de-ane with single turned down quillion and integral carved 'D' shaped knuckle-bow with applied decoration, polished and faceted steel grip-piece with applied cut-steel decoration and carved ribbed longitudinal bands, en-suite urn pommel, complete with its steel mounted black leather scabbard and cloth and velvet sword-belt (frog partially detached)
