circa 1890, 28 7/8in. sleeved nitro barrels (in 1978), the rib engraved 'CHARLES ROSSON 4 MARKET HEAD DERBY', 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. 1/4 and 3/4 choke, treble-grip action, carved percussion fences, rebounding back-action locks, border engraving, brushed bright and reblued finish overall, 14 1/8in. stock, fore-end with Anson push rod release (crack to finial), weight 5lb. 8oz.
