C.G. BONEHILL 12-BORE SIDELOCK EJECTOR, serial no. 5665, circa 1905, 30in. nitro reproved barrels (in 2007), the rib engraved 'C.G. BONEHILL. MAKER. BIRMINGHAM.' and with acanthus scroll detailing at the breech-end, the tubes engraved 'THREE BELLS STEEL.', and with feathered banding at the breech-ends, 2 3/4in. chambers, bored approx. 1/4 and 1/2 choke, treble-grip action, carved leaf fences, automatic safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' detail, border and acanthus scroll engraving, patinated finish, 14 1/4in. figured stock (some splits to rear of lockplates), weight 6lb. 10oz., in its brass-cornered leather guncase, the lid embossed 'L.H. KING-HARMAN. R.F.A.'
