for 1924, 30in. nitro reproved barrels (in 1995, surface corrosion mark internally near rib left bore), rib engraved '2' and the tubes engraved 'HOLLAND & HOLLAND. 98. NEW BOND STREET. LONDON.', 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. true cyl. and 3/4 choke, gas checks, automatic safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' detail, border engraving, brushed finish, 15 1/4in. figured stock (crack to both overhorns) including 6lb. 4oz.
Provenance: The makers have kindly informed us that this gun was completed in 1924 for a 'Walker'.
