circa 1870, with 29 1/2in. damascus barrels, rib re-engraved 'J. NEEDHAM. 26. PICCADILLY. LONDON.', built to patent no. 184 of 1852, use number 1067, the breech ends with scroll engraved independent side-opening bolts signed internally 'JOSEPH BRAZIER', each with individual safety levers and silver 'BOLTED' detail, (needles shortened, action at fault)), border engraved breech apertures, chequered walnut half-stock (repaired at rear of action) with iron furniture and white metal monogrammed escutcheon to underside of butt
