for 1911, 30in. nitro chopperlump barrels, rib engraved '2' and with the Purdey address details worn almost illegible, 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. true cyl. choke in both, self-opening action, removable striker discs, toplever engraved '2', automatic safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' detail, cocking-indicators, fine border and acanthus scroll engraving with floral bouquets, retaining traces of original colour-hardening and finish, 14 1/2in. figured stock, weight 6lb. 10oz.
