dated 1974, 30in. nitro barrels with 16mm ventilated matt top-rib, 2 3/4in. chambers, bored approx. 1/4 and 3/4 choke, hold-open toplever, manual safety with integral barrel selector switch, gold-washed single trigger, bold acanthus scroll engraving surrounding scenes of mallard in flight on the right, the left with exophthalmic partridge, signed 'L. Ernst', 14 1/4in. semi-pistolgrip stock including buttplate, weight 7lb. 6oz.
