circa 1910, with blued round 24in. barrel signed by the maker, dove-tailed 'Rocky Mountain' fore-sight, buckhorn rear-sight, blued receiver with field-strippable side-plate and blued bolt, the top-flat drilled and fitted with blanking screws, top-tang marked 'MARLIN MODEL '92', walnut butt-stock with iron crescent heel-plate, colour hardened finger-lever, walnut half fore-end and full-length blued under-barrel magazine tube, much original finish remaining
