circa 1800, with two-staged 14 3/8in. barrel, flared and banded muzzle, moulded band at the intersection, the top-flat with registration number, the left side flat with 'R.T.' maker's mark (Robert Tomlinson) and London proofs, plain iron top-tang with shallow sighting groove, plain bevel-edged lock with pointed tail (heavily cleaned), and signed 'TOMLINSON' below the pan (rubbed), walnut handrail full-stock (cracked at wrist and fore-end), brass furniture including heel-plate (also marked with the registration number) and plain complex sideplate, two iron barrel keys and replacement ramrod
