for 1925, 30in. De Wahlreyne Acier Comprime 'Marque Origine'-steel nitro barrels, tapered matt rib, the tubes engraved 'AUG. LEBEAU-COURALLY A LIEGE', 2 3/4in. chambers, bored approx. 3/4 choke in both, sling eye removed, broad treble-grip action with hidden third bite, side-clips, carved percussion fences, rebounding sidelocks, articulated front trigger, fine acanthus scroll engraving, retaining traces of colour-hardening, the triggerguard monogrammed 'CG',14 1/2in. stock including 1 1/8in. wooden extension, 10in. fore-end with Anson push rod release, weight 8lb.
