(63cm) nitro Bohler Antinit-steel chopperlump barrels, stepped raised matt rib with aperture open sights and folding leaf sight, ramp-mounted bead fore-sight, the breech end signed 'KARL HAUPTMANN - FERLACH - AUSTRIA' and mounted with a Carl Zeiss Diavari-D 1,5-6x telescopic sight in quickly-detachable mounts, treble-grip action with side-bolsters, manual safety, gold-washed removable striker discs, gold-washed cocking-indicators, gold-washed set triggers, the lockpins, cocking levers, extractors and ejector mechanism similarly gold-washed, fine bouquet and acanthus scroll engraving, retaining much colour-hardening, the triggerguard with an oval relief engraved and gold-inlaid with the initials 'C.W.', 14 7/8in. figured pistolgrip stock with hogsback comb, sculpted cheekpiece, sling swivels, pistolgrip-cap and including 1in. ventilated rubber recoil pad, 10 1/2in. fore-end with Deeley & Edge patent release and sculpted fruitwood finial, weight 10lb. 2oz.
