SIR JOSEPH WHITWORTH'S FLUID PRESSED STEEL', No. 55210 rib gold-inlaid '2', 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. true cyl. in both (No.1), 1/4 choke in both (No.2), carved stylised acanthus leaf fences, No. 55210 toplever gold-inlaid '2', automatic safeties with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' details, border and bold flowing acanthus scroll engraving interspersed with foliate motifs, the furniture engraved en suite, undersides engraved 'WILKINSON'S. PALL MALL. EJECTOR.', brushed and blued finish, 14 1/4in. figured stocks, weight 6lb. 10oz. (No.1) 6lb. 6oz.
