S / N E P' [for Native Service, Nepal] below ladder-sight, inspection and proof-marks, falling block action, right side of receiver with crown over 'V . R / ENFIELD / 1888' with viewer's mark over 'VI / 1', with inspection marks over, small cocking indicator, walnut stock, butt stamped with 'RAWAL PINDI' roundel and 'RP / 10 / 1902' plus Nepalese unit markings, complete with both sling swivels and an original Nepalese sling, re-blued, clearing rod absent, 48 3/4in. overall
