dated 1900, 20 3/4in. nitro reproved barrel (in 2026, with proof certificate), adjustable ladder rear sight with leather sight cover, ramped blade fore-sight, muzzle cap with built in sight protector (no provision for clearing rod), turned-down bolt with flat knob, dust cover and manual safety, magazine cut-off, detachable box magazine with retaining link, butt stock collar marked 'V.R.' under crown. ENFIELD. 1900. L.E.C.I*.', blued finish, full stock, 13 1/4in. pull including brass buttplate, blank brass identity disc, the left side marked 'Captain Gell. Coldstream Guards. S.A.', matching numbers, weight 7lb. 7oz.
