circa 1835, converted from flintlock, with 1 1/2in. fluted turn-off barrel, border and scroll engraved action signed 'BLISSETT' and 'LONDON', flip-over nipple-shield, engraved thumbpiece safety-catch also locking the nipple-shield, folding trigger (loose), chequered walnut butt, engraved silver butt-cap, and silver escutcheon (discoloured throughout), London proof marks.
