late 18th century, with large white metal hilt over a wood core, fully decorated with wire-work and pink coral inlays of seed form (minor losses and damage), worked marine ivory grips with large floral rivet heads (one missing), the 14 1/2in. narrow double edged blade with relief decoration, in its original white metal scabbard fully decorated en-suite with the hilt and small suspension loop to the reverse
