25in. blued octagonal to round nitro barrel (proved in 2009) with full length raised matt sighting rib signed 'CARL STIEFELE HOFGEWEHRFABRIK MUNCHEN' in gold and with gold-inlaid line at the breech, bead fore-sight, adjustable standing rear-sight, case-hardened border and scroll engraved receiver, fitted with a Zeiss 'Zielvier' telescopic sight in quick detachable tunnel mounts, 13 1/2in. figured pistolgrip stock including 3/4in. butt-pad, raised shaped cheek-piece, chequered grip and fore-end, set triggers, dark horn trigger-guard and pistolgrip-cap, case-hardened border and scroll engraved mounts including bullet-trap cover and magazine floor-plate, the last with lever locking-catch, sling mounts.
